ACTION AND DESCRIPTION
Colirium for the treatment and prevention of symptoms of allergic conjunctivitis.
COMPOSITION
Ectoin at 2%, sodium chloride, hyaluronic acid and water.
CONSERVATION AND DACITY
It should not be used after the expiration date.
It should be kept between 2 °C and 25 °C.
EMPLEMENTATION MODEL
If your specialist does not indicate another use, apply 1-2 drops in each eye several times a day.
Children under ten will need help to apply Vidisan Alergia with Ectoin.
1. Holding the blister by the label, separate a singledose unit from the strip.
2. Turn the top of the unit monodosis.
3. Incline the head back and pull carefully the lower eyelid with a free hand finger. Placing the monodose unit as vertically as possible on the eye and with the nozzle down, gently tighten the monodose unit to apply a drop in the eye.
4. Close your eye and move it to one side and another. Then it blinks so that the drop spreads well all over the surface of the eye.
5. Repeat this procedure in the other eye.
6. Prove that the end of the monodose unit does not contact the eye or fingers, to prevent the solution from being checked.
PRECAUTIONS AND WARNINGS
It should not be used in case of hypersensitivity to ectoine, hyaluronic acid or any of the other ingredients in the colirium.
If indicated by your specialist, it can be used after eye surgery or trauma.
If an allergic reaction occurs, stop using it immediately.
After using a monodose, remove the excess fluid, it should not be reused.
Keep out of reach of children.
It can be used with contact lenses (white and rigid). There is no interaction between Vidisan Alergia with Ectoin and contact lenses.
Do not uilize a damaged or broken monodose.
There is currently no data on the use of Vidisan Alergia with Ectoin during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Check your doctor or pharmacist before using this product if:
- is pregnant or breastfeeding
- you're not sure if you could be pregnant or not.
It tolerates well. No side effects have been reported so far. In some cases it may cause eye irritation, eye hyperemia, or conjunctivitis. Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you notice side effects related to the use of Vidisan Alergia with Ectoin. If these effects persist or worsen, consult the doctor or pharmacist.
