How SE USA

1. Massage dry skin for 5 minutes to activate lymph fluid. Always try to massage with moderate pressure and direction to the heart.

2. Apply the Abedul anticellulite oil by means of a massage with circular movements to its total absorption. In the first 4 weeks it is recommended to repeat the treatment 2 times a day. To maintain long-term results, it is recommended to continue with the application on a daily basis.
