PROPERTIES
It is a mixture of Valerian, Passionflower and Hawthorn, plants traditionally used to help relax, promoting rest and sleep.

Enrelax also promotes relaxation in periods of temporary stress.

HOW TO USE

As a relaxant, take 3 capsules daily, spaced throughout the day.

To facilitate restful sleep, take 2 capsules 2 hours before bedtime.

The capsules should be swallowed whole with plenty of water

COMPOSITION
Valeriana officinalis L. powder (valerian root and rhizome) 100mg, Passiflora incarnata L. powder (passionflower, aerial p.) 100mg. (passionflower, aerial p.) 100mg. and Crataegus oxyacantha L. powder. (hawthorn, flowering tops) 100mg.
