Chew a tablet until it's dissolved.

Rinse with the saliva produced by making it pass through the teeth and clear with plenty of water.

Examine the teeth in front of a mirror, the dental bacterial plaque will be stained with red.

Brush to remove the colored plate. It can color the language and gums for a short period of time, so it is preferable to perform this operation before bed.

The tablets should not be ingested, they should only be dissolved in the mouth. The coloring used is authorized to feed, so in case of eventual ingestion of a tablet there is no danger.
