| 1. Do not open the protective bag if you will not apply ThermaCare®. ThermaCare® can take up to 30 minutes to reach the desired therapeutic temperature. 2. Remove the role of one of the ends by uncovering the adhesive face. 3. Place on the painful area the part of the patch containing the thermal cells and press firmly the adhesive part on the skin. 4. Remove the role of the other adhesive end and press firmly on the skin. 5. For greater effectiveness, it is recommended to leave ThermaCare® for 8 hours. |
