It restores the skin-protective hydro-lipid film by facilitating the renewal of epidermal cells.Prevention and treatment of the ulcers by decubitus:The ulcers by decubitus are produced by a tissue ischemia caused by continuous pressure and greater than the capillary pressure to oxygenate an area of the body immobilized and pressed. As a result of the lack of oxygenation to that area, a tissue necrosis occurs. This type of wounds is always avoidable.Prevention of training: Pressure ulcers are injuries of difficult healing, and the main problem facing people immobilized for a long time. The best treatment is always its prevention, especially with beans and posture changes:- General care: hyperprotein diet, fluid input and electrolytes to prevent dehydration, glucose levels correction.- Local care: watch body support points and apply this product with a gentle skin massage. The supporting bones oppress the muscle of the gluteo, which causes a tissue necrosis. In addition to the weight of the immobilized person, the formation of these wounds is accelerated by: The folds in personal clothes and bed.- If the person is wet, the tissue maceration is favored.- Clinical factors such as anemia, infection, diabetes, hypovitaminosis C.
