Eight envelopes:
It is recommended to take two envelopes on the first day (morning and night). Pass an envelope in the morning for the next 6 days.
The solution can be prepared by adding an envelope in half a glass of water.
Thirty envelopes:
It is recommended to take an envelope a day, preferably in the morning. Verte the contents of the envelope in half a glass of water, removing hasata that dissolves completely.
