These have been rigorously selected to make the most of their toning, healing and purifying actions. It can be used by atmospheric, directly on the skin or even by mouth. PRANAFORCE allows tone the body, stimulates natural defenses, improves and relieves the irritated throat, is excellent for healthy skin, and can also be used in many cases for small daily wounds.

Councils:
? Massage : massage with 3 or 5 drops on the chest and back 2 to 4 times a day. For sensitive skins dilute PRANAFORCE in sweet almond oil.
? In environmental diffuser : A few drops are sufficient to purify the atmosphere of the rooms at home or in the office.
? Inhaling : place a few drops on a handkerchief or in a hot water bowl, and breathe for 5 or 10 minutes.
? Oral use : mix 1 or 4 drops 2 to 4 times a day with sugar, honey or vegetable oil, twice or four times a day. Take before meals.
