EMPLEMENTATION MODEL
Ingerir 1 stick (or over) daily, directly. It is not necessary to dilute it in water or mix it with other foods, although, if you prefer, it can also be diluted or combined with other foods such as yogurts, smoothies... Take it before or during any of the meals.
