PROPERTIES

It is characterized by the presence of Hinojo and the Alcaravea fruits with well-known beneficial properties that, in synergy with the essential oil of Hinojo, are useful to help the physiological elimination of intestinal gases.
The aromatic component, with Anis stardo, Manzanilla and Menta, determines the obtaining of an "opalescent" infusion, which demonstrates the presence of an elevated amount of essence. The slightly sweet flavor of the Regaliz, provides the tisana a pleasant taste even without adding sugar.

It is advisable to take 1 or 2 cups of tisana a day.

A bag is enough to prepare a cup of tisan (about 150 ml). Pour the boiling water into a cup containing the filter bag and keep in infusion from 5 to 7 minutes, taking care to cover the cup to avoid the dispersal of the most volatile substances.
