EMPLEMENTATION MODEL
Take for 14 days a daily envelope dissolved in mineral water at room temperature, preferably in the morning in fasts or at the last hour before bed. Allow to rest the content of the dissolved envelope in water for 10 minutes before intake, in order to allow to reactivate the bacteria and facilitate its subsequent fixation. Once taken, do not eat any food until 10 minutes. To keep the intestinal flora in good condition take an envelope a week.
