CONSERVATION AND DACITY

To clean thermometer, use only water. Use a cloth or cotton impregnated with alcohol (Isopropylic 70%) to clean and disinfect the outer shell of the thermometer and the measuring end.

EMPLEMENTATION MODEL

To turn on the thermometer, press the start button; a short beep or bip signal indicates that thermometer is on. A screen test is being conducted. All icons must appear on the screen. If the ambient temperature is less than 32 °C, a fixed ?L? appears and next to it the ?oC? flashing symbol, at the top right of the screen. The thermometer is prepared for temperature measurement.
Put the thermometer on. When taking a measurement, the current temperature is continuously displayed and the ?oC? symbol flashes. When the beep or bip signal is heard 10 times and the ?oC? no longer flashes, the final predictive temperature has been determined and the thermometer can be read. To extend the battery life, turn off the thermometer after use by pressing the on button. In any case thermometer is automatically switched off after about 10 minutes.
The measurement time should be respected, without exception, until the acoustic signal (bip).

PRECAUTIONS AND WARNINGS

The thermometer should be used only to measure body temperature. Protect the thermometer from shocks and shocks. The thermometer contains small pieces that a child could easily ingest, so do not leave the thermometer within the reach of children. Avoid subjecting the thermometer to an ambient temperature greater than 60oC. The thermometer NEVER should be boiled. Never use abrasive, degreasing or benzene cleaners to clean or dip thermometer in water or any other cleaning fluid.
