This cold/heat bag is intended to relieve pain in a natural way without the use of analgesics.

It is reusable, with protective cover and long-lasting, it is to be kept in the fridge or freezer and warmed in the microwave.

They adapt perfectly to the desired area.

EMPLEMENTATION MODEL

Cold therapy is recommended for use during the first 48 hours after injury. In the case of hot therapy it should not be used HASTA 48 hours after injury.

Cold application:

• Enter the cold compress in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
• Insert the cold compress into the cover or fabric wrap.
• Apply the cold compresses on the injured area. If the package is uncomfortable remove it. Do not apply for more than 20 minutes at a time.

Hot app:

• Place the compress in the microwave at maximum power for 20 seconds. If the package expands like a balloon, leave the heat. If the package is too hot, let it cool. Check for leaks.
• Remove the microwave package carefully and knead to evenly distribute heat. Check if the temperature is the desired one.
• Insert into the package on the cover or fabric wrap.
