How SE USA

Use after meals, at least twice a day. Apply a dose of toothbrush and gently brush the outside and inside of the teeth from the gums, making small circular movements for a minimum of two minutes.

To get a fresher breath, brush the tongue slightly. In order for the action of the toothpaste to be complete and before rinsing the mouth, deposit a little toothpaste in the finger yolk and gently massage the gums.
