The calluses are a localized hyperkeratination, with a denser nucleus on top and sides of the toe (frequent in joints), very painful if they press nerve endings.
They originate from improper footwear, from sustained rubbing and pressure, in areas that do not support the weight of the body.
It appears redness of the skin, with sensation of scozor and picor. If the rock persists, it forms a hardness that ends up becoming a callus.
The best way to prevent the appearance of the calluses is to remove the cause of pressure or sprinkle, and therefore the use of comfortable and appropriate footwear is indispensable.
