EMPLEMENTATION MODEL
Take 8.5 grams daily (the entire content of the doser) dissolved at a minimum of 150 ml: water, milk (sole or with coffee, cocoa...), vegetable drinks, water and other liquids, or yogurt. Pack for 30 days.
