EMPLEMENTATION MODEL

Open the strap and place the support so that it rests comfortably under the foot arch (the foot icons must be placed against the inner part of the bow).

Hold the top of the foot with the hook. Use the hook to throw the bow up.

The foot symbol of the strap should match the foot symbol of the template.

It is recommended to use bands for 4 hours on the first day and gradually increase 1-2 hours a day.

After a week, if you need more support, change the template to the dark blue and follow the process of gradual use again.

The bands should be used on both feet to ensure proper body alienation.
