ACTION AND DESCRIPTION
Measurement of axillary, oral or rectal body temperature in 1 minute.
LCD screen.
A beep warns when the measurement is finished.
Fever alarm.
Precise:
+/- 0.1 oC, +/- 0.2oF
Measurement range: 32oC-42oC, 86.9oF-109.4oF
CE marking. ON: 0197. Class IIa, not sterile.
CONSERVATION AND DACITY
Clean the thermometer with a clean soft cloth.
For difficult stains, clean thermometer with a húmeod cloth or a soap solution and then dry well.
Pass a dry cloth at the end.
Do not use benzene, solvent, gasoline or other types of strong solvents to clean thermometer.
Do not pack the part of the alcohol sensor for long periods of time or try to sterilize using hot water (at a temperature of 50oC (122oF) or more).
Do not use ultrasonic cleaning to clean thermometer.
EMPLEMENTATION MODEL
Place the thermometer on the desired site (mouth, straight or armpit).
(a) Oral Use: Place thermometer under the tongue as indicated in position "V". Close your mouth and breathe regularly through your nose to prevent inhaled/exhaled air from influencing the measurement. The normal temperature is between 35.7oC and 37.3oC (96.3oF and 99.1°F).
(b) Rectal Use: Cover the silvery tip of the probe with vaseline to facilitate the introduction. Enter the sensor gently 1 cm (less than 1/2") into the rectum. The normal temperature is between 362°C and 37.°C (97.2°F and 99.9"F).
c) Axillary use: Dry the armpit. Place the probe on the armpit and hold the arm firmly pressed against the side. From a medical point of view, this method will always provide inaccurate readings and should not be used if precise measures are required. The normal temperature is between 35.7oC and 37.3oC (96.30F and 99.1°F). 3. The grade signal flashes throughout the measurement process. When the blinking is over, an alarm will ring for approx. 10 seconds. The reading will appear on the screen at once. The minimum measurement time to the signal tone must be respected without exception. The measurement continues even after acoustic notification. The temperature shown will not change when the thermometer is removed from the measurement position.
To extend the battery life, press the ON/OFF button to turn off the unit when the measurement is completed. If not used, the unit will automatically turn off after 10 min.
Keep the thermometer in the protective case.
