Carefully inspect the pacifier before each use, removing it in all directions, and unveil it to the first sign of deterioration.
Keep it away from sunlight and heat in a clean, dry and covered container. Nor should it be immersed in sterilizing solutions for a time superior to the recommended. This could damage the pacifier's tetin.

Remove it from the mouth of the child by proceeding with great care and with the greatest delicacy possible.
- Do not attach ribbons, strings or chains to the pacifier different from those intended for that purpose due to the risk of asphyxiation.
- Carefully and periodically inspect the pacifier to detect possible damage, especially when the child has teeth. Pull the pacifier in all directions and discard the pacifier to the first symptoms of deterioration or fragility.
- Do not expose the pacifier to direct sunlight or a heat source, or contact a disinfectant for longer than the one recommended by the manufacturer, if any, since this could damage the tetina.
