Usage mode

1. Before taking the sample, it is recommended to wash or disinfect hands. Make sure they're dry before they start.

2. Open the box and remove each of its components to perform the test. Do not open the components individually until instructed.

3. Unwrap the collection tube cap and install the funnel on the saliva collection device.

4. Rinse your throat and drain the mucus from the back of your nose and throat at least 3 times.

5. Place the sampling funnel near the mouth.

6. Spit the saliva with the nasal mucosity sucked into the sample collection tube. Collect at least 1ml of sample, that is, until you reach the position of the 2mL graduation mark of the collection tube.

7. Remove the collection funnel and re-cover the collection tube cap. Then stir the sample tube energetically collected at least 10 times to even mix the saliva and the extraction reagents.

8. Remove the test case from your protective package and place it on a flat and well-lit surface.

9. Check the liquid to see if there are bubbles in the extraction tube. Wait for bubbles to disappear, as they can result in inaccurate results.

10. Carefully remove the white cap from the extraction tube.

11. Take the saliva sample with the disposable pipette.
