ACTION AND DESCRIPTION
The Vaccinium macrocarpon is native to the North American continent. Originally they called him "cranberry", because of the shape of the flower that was similar to the head and neck of a clut (crane), or because they frequently watched the clutches eating this fruit.
Its fruits are edible berries, blackish, red or blue, tastefully bittersweet. It causes chewing a refreshing and astringent feeling.
The juice of these berries, is reddish blue and has been used to dye the wine.
